American football. I have not played a game in years but enjoy throwing the ball, playing catch, and seeing how far I can make it go if I kick it.
I also like basketball, football, softball, tennis, racquetball, badminton, volleyball, bowling, bicycling and swimming. If I was any good at ice skating, I would love to play hockey too.
Kick boxing sounds like fun, but I might get beat up by someone half my size and that would be embarassing.
I like to bicycle and sledding in the winter is a great workout pulling the sled back up the hill over and over again and lots of fun to risk your life flying down the icy hill.
A really cool sport I got to try in high school was fencing. That was fun and I was pretty good at it, but my reflexes are probably much slower now.
The only sport I can think of that I really don't like is running that is just running without another sport involved.
