I can understand the frustration of citizens not speaking the official language (this is something I face daily), but what about tourists? One of the many things on my to do list when I visited Philly was to have a cheesesteak. Sure I speak English, but what about those visiting the city who don't, but want to partake in a Philly tradition? It doesn't exactly emote brotherly love...
