Default URL’s are case sensitive?

Guys I have one query is – URL’s are case sensitive? Means upper and lower case in url can arise duplicate url issue?
Like and will be considered as two different URL?
If sites url get open from both url and and if yes then share solution to resolve this issue.

URLs have always been case sensitive. There are some systems that bypass this, but the path component of a URI is unique, including its casing.
