Default freemysql.net

Oh I found it. Freemysql.net provides free mysql databases. Every user can get 3 databases. They are so generous. Regged and have a quick test, the speed is quite good. :P

They seems very good. Do you know about the limit of database size hosted with them ? I mean 10MB, 20 MB or 50MB etc. and how many simultaneous connections are allowed ?

No space limits as our users are already using over 2 gigs of space.

As for max connections limit, this is server wide and not per user it is currently set at 500 and we haven’t seen the need to change this yet we have an average of 50 users connected at onetime and a max of 250 users at peek. If the time does come we'll take care of this issue, and make sure users are not abusing the system.

With our excusive control panel you are able to add and remove databases without ever needing to signup again and again, as we have a one account per user limit. Currently you can have up to 5 active databases at one time. You’ll be able to request for a server restart if you notice things are getting a little slow.
