I currently backup all data offsite. I feel it is best since you don't want all you eggs in one basket if you know what I mean.

I have backups sent to my home server. We have all our main servers on east coast USA , and im based in the UK so i just have it FTP it over.

We do take a weekly backup on a cage we have on the west coast, however this isnt as easily accessable for us.
