This is an interesting discussion. It seems it's pretty common for people to wonder about these issues.

I wonder, if the British government does this before the U.S. government, if that will have any negative effect on how Americans perceive their government. It's almost as if the first country to release their records would be pressuring the others to do the same. And that makes me wonder...are they going about this in communication with other governments?
