Best Web Hosts?

What web hosts do you guys use? I am hosted by a UK company called 34SP - they are very reliable and have great tech support, but their packages are very limited space and bandwidth wise. (4GB Bandwidth a month).

What hosts do you use, and what kind of package are you on?

They have EVERY web feature you could ever need. Cheap rates, and good service. Plus, if you talk to the owner, he can set you up on referall program for free hosting. =)

Even, if you don't get referalls, there plans are cheap.
