Default Geminid Meteor Shower is Tonight
The Geminid Meteor Shower is tonight, supposed to be the best meteor shower of 2009 with a peak of around 150 meteors per hour.

I'm on the east coast of the U.S., have seen quite a few good ones over the past hour.

If you enjoy stargazing, tonight would probably be a good time to spend a few minutes doing just that.
