Usually either IE or FireFox, but I use IE, FireFox & Opera for checking all of my sites. Depending on how many browser windows I have open at once, there are times when I'm using all three just to help keep things organized. Tabbed browsing in FireFox & Opera is definitely a big plus for those programs.

I use firefox because of the heaps of addons for everything from SEO, web design, graphs, notepads everything. I also like the way it handles buggy webpages, flash players and other third party software.
I also have Ie for testing how my design look in it and that's it.

I use Chrome and Firefox, only use IE when I have to test sites. I love the simplicity of chrome and the speed, great tools and add ons for Firefox.
