I have found wordpress to be one of the best for content management also the simplicity of use can not be beat along with being free of charge. If you go with wordpress Iwould invest in a premium theme.

I totally Digg (haha) Wordpress. I used to blog with blogger but recently changed over to Wordpress and LOVE it ! ! !

informative!! but i prefer templates to create my site. it is an easier procedure than developing a site using programs. you need no study any program for this. with the templates in your hand you can create your own site in few days. i got the templates from TheWebPole.com
