Default How to burn ISO files into CD or DVD

Me downloaded a file which is in ISO format how can i burn into dvd or cd and make it as bootable ?

Need your help

You can use Nero for it. About making bootable disc, you should make sure it is an ISO image of a bootable disc. Then only you can make it bootable.
