Question Need to Hide a JPG behind an MP4 or...

Greetings...

Working on a client's site, the mp4 video we have embedded on the homepage goes blank when the video is done. In other words, once she's done talking, we get just a blank space above the video controls. We would prefer to have the video end on a still frame so it doesn't look like a whole bunch of white space. Previous mp4 videos have frozen on the last frame as desired, and I did nothing differently in creating this video (that I can remember - it's been a while since I did the last one).

So... if that isn't an easy thing to do, the other option would be to place a jpg in the same position on the page so that when the video goes blank, the jpg becomes visible where the video was. I've done this with flash videos, but never an mp4. I'm not in a position to switch to flash at this stage (long, not very interesting story).

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
~KJ
