Seems you have done almost everything an average computer user can do to clean and speed up his computer. Except Microsoft services, you can disable all other stratup services on your computer to speed booting time. To disable startup services you can use msconfig

Try to reduce the memory of your Hard Disk. Update your anti-virus software.
