Default Your First Site

What was your first site about and how long did you make it?
My first site a was a site for people who liked to play video games and I made it about 2 years ago. Since then I have made a ton of different sites.

My first site was a file sharing site for movies and music. It was on a free host and had a .co.nr domain. It gained ALOT of traffic in the beginning...it was going easily with around 550 unique hits per/day. However, once due to a immature hosting provider, I lost my database and therefore lost 1000 posts and over 100 members! That was a huge loss to the board and therefore, I had to close it after around 8 months of excellence!

My first site was an image host site, and I sold it off for $1500. A lot of money for my first site, but I haven't made anything since because I can't think of any darn web 2.0 ideas.

My first site was called Links2FreeStuff.com - it had links to pay to surf programs and things like that.

It didn't really make me any money, but it was exciting to have my first site online.

Since then I've never registered a domain with a number in it.

My first site was a traffic exchange, and it earned me a good $200/mo. I finally got tired the hassle involved with traffic exchanges and sold it for $500 to someone.

Honestly in my opinion, a traffic exchange is the biggest waste of time in the world.

My first site was a web/graphic design site that had it's own forum community. My team and I made very little revenue from it because we weren't aiming to make money, but to create a large graphic design community.

My first website was for the start of my business. It didn't take too long tomake because that was when I was just freelancing so I did not get into too much of an advanced site.

I made my first site when I was 14 yrs old. It had pictures of cricketers and wrestlers. It was very ugly, and I had used free web hosting.
