What type and brand of mouses does everybody use? I use a GE optical mouse.

I just have the dell optical that came with my computer. I could never go back to a ball mouse.

Logitech optical, I agree I could never go back to a ball mouse after using optical.

I use a touch pad which is on my laptop I could never go back to using a regular mouse.

I use an MX510 Optical mouse. It runs very smoothly, although one of the pieces broke off and it catches very occasionally on the mouse pad.
