Lightbulb windows 2000 bootable cd

I slipstreamed windows 2000 and SP4 and I am trying to burn a bootable cd to use it.
I tried d/ling a couple different boot files from sites that tell you how to do it but none of them have worked as of yet. I am using Nero 7 and I am running Windows Vista
I got the info from the following website: http://old.bink.nu/bootcd/. and the files from the links in there. Can someone tell me the problem or where to get a boot file that will work or a better procedure. Also is there any free cd/dvd burners for Vista.
I was using CDBXP which worked good in Windows XP but won't work in Vista.
