TV is soda pop for the mind.

But to answer the question, about 1 or 2 hours a day, and always LOST on Wednesday.

That's a really good way to put it! I mean, there are exceptions, like nature or informational shows, or watching pundits (sometimes).

And even the show Lost has some elements that make it more worthwhile, since it has a lot of suspense and you have to figure out all of the mysteries.

Watching TV really does help to relax I think. I get 3 -4 hours daily to watch tv....but no movies lately. Only some sitcoms and I do like them a lot.

Default I love tv but I have not much free time :-(

Hi!! I love watching tv but I don't have much time so I usually watch not more than 1 or 2 hours a day... shame...
