I would, I use webmin on my server and I haven't had a single problem yet. Check out Virtualmin it will automatically set up your websites for you. It sets up Apache, Bind, Mysql, and FTP all at a touch of a button. It comes in two versions Pro(Paid) and GPL. I just use the free version on my server.

Sure, Webmin works fine for that. And unless you do local style of hosting, I would go for a web hosting control panel.

DirectAdmin is priced at $15.00 when you have a server at ColoStore.com (colocated or dedicated). That's a good deal! Otherwise, it's as follows (which is still a great deal):

When having to work with New clients that are new when it comes to working a website. cPanel is easiest to explain and easier for them to understand also.
