do you mean language?

i use PHP, Ajaxas and Java for dynamic websites, such as this forum, etc.

for HTML interface i use Scream (linux) or DreamWeaver MX (for Linux) :P.

first creat the template with Scream or DreamWeaver, and then program the rest of the site

its not a big deal
