Your best bet would be to email google directly and ask them. Don't mess around with stuff like that, google won't hesitate to suspend your account, and once the account is suspended you can forget using adsense or adwords for ever. |
So true. Ever since I have been charged for "fake" clicks they have been suspending my account ever since.
