I'll talk about a PC controller here :P
I am using Logitech Rumble Pad 2 and it's working great! The sensitivity is normal and it isn't that complex to use!
Works with all the games that I have had so far and therefore, it isn't much of a problem to me
Not sure about Consoles though, never had one
