There is (IIS) for XP, its limited to 10 connections. But you could install Apache on XP. And server webpages that way. If your just doing it as a home webserver. I highly recommend you check out these two websites.
www.dslwebserver.com and
www.diywebserver.com . They would be able to help you setup Apache on XP.
