So what do you think? Who wins the race? For me, definitely PS wins the race due to the AMAZING features that it has to offer
Not only that, there are many websites that shows you PS tutorials and many websites offer PS resources. Though it's expensive it's worth it
Paintshop Pro can be used if you are not planning to really get a career out of your designing skills and you do it just to satisfy yourself or in your spare time...Most people don't choose Photoshop because of it's cost.
However, I would go with PS due to some reasons mentioned above
