I use Sedo for parking and sold one domain, but the problem is they don't do much to help you sell. They provide lame stats which are inaccurate, but that's about it. Then they limit what you can say to a possible buyer. Once someone submits your offer and you accept it, Sedo takes a cut.

The last site I sold through them, the buyer found the site by just typing it in (it was the domain they wanted). They used the "place offer" form and then paid. Sedo didn't do anything I couldn't have done. A basic "This Site is For Sale" page would have worked just as well and I could have kept all the money. However, their parking program isn't bad. Some people claim it's going downhill, but whatever.
