I just love playing badminton.

I believe it has a lot of health benefits like increasing the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols, conditions the body so that the basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, reduce weight and helps to attain optimal weight for my height and age.

Above all playing badminton with friends is a great opportunity to bond with family and friends.
