You do not need to be registered here in order to use that contact form. I'll be checking in here as things progress with the GC server. I expect to have a bit of downtime while waiting for datacenter technicians to do their thing and while backing up files, etc, so I'll be avail to help with issues here where there is not much else to do over at GC.
