Today - just for fun - try smiling more - give somebody a hug - phone a friend - tell your children how much you love them - be honest with yourself - look at leaves, a tree, ants and see the magical creation in all of life. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes: "Be the change you wish to see in the world."

I'm really frustrated at this point of my life. Sometimes I wonder what it is that I am doing in this planet. What purpose do i have to carry with me when i grow up and what direction will my life will carry me in the future. It's confusing because I do not know all this things.

Well, these things take time to figure out, even a lifetime for some people. It's good that you are aware of your frustration, that's a start for positive change. Sometimes in order to find out what you want to do, you need to realize what other people have told you or tried to make you believe all your life...and then see that it is their projection and nothing more.
