Automatically charge $X every month

I have been having difficult time collecting payment from my client. I provide a hosting service, so I want to charge $X every month automatically. Isn't there any way to do this inexpensively?

To do this cheaply, you need either a billing script that will use paypal IPN, or one that will use the 2checkout service. Both of these allow you to setup recurring monthly payments. To use 2checkout, you have to pay a one off fee, so there are no monthly fees.

One script that I think can do this cheaply is whois.cart, but there are many others. I mention whois.cart as it is probably the cheapest solution. There is also phpcoin, which is free, but I am not certain what payment processors it supports as I have not personally used it.

Ok, how much does it cost?

You also can set up a payment plan with PayPal. Its really easy to set up and doesn't cost anything to get started.

phpCoin is free unless you use version 2. 2Checkout is $5p to setup and Paypal is free to setup.

I think I'll go with PayPal since I use it pretty frequently.
