Looking for some info on Joomla

I have a limousine website and am not very programming savy. I read posting accross the internet that joomla may be a good option as I try to redesign my web site and make it more CMS friendly.

Anyone have any experience with Joomla? Any pros,cons, or resource references would be appreciated.
