generic icons replacing flavicons

My You Tube Flavicon on quick launch reverted to the Explorer e and I
can't get it back.
OS Windows Vista 64 bit

Found the answer
http://www.youtube.com/favicon.ico

gave me the flavicon
Saved to My pictures.
then went to generic You tube explorer icon and click right then properties than change icon...found the You tube flavicon and clicked apply and it worked!
