My computer won’t boot up properly
 

I have an acer aspire all in one pc and it currently won’t boot up. It powers on, shows the acer logo and the spinning loading dots, however it never gets past this stage, and just keeps spinning. I have tried hard rebooting multiple times with the power button but nothing changes, please help
