Reinstalling OS delte my data in 2ndary hard drive?
 

i dont know what i pressed but the thread posted so my title may not be so clear:
So.....Does 1. Reinstalling OS delete/wipe my data in 2ndary hard drive?
2. If not how would i delete all the data in it?

So I bought me a used PC with windows 7 installed and all readied; with 1 SSD (primary), and 1 HDD (2ndary), also bought me a win 7 disk because i can't seem to get to all my files and commands and just to have my own for other pc's.

Any how, so it's been about a 1/2 a year now and I just wanted to clean up my pc like other threads suggested.
