Easiest program to use?

Ok I'm not that great with web design but what I the best or easiest program to use if you would like to creat a web page for a group/club you are in?

do you mean language?

i use PHP, Ajaxas and Java for dynamic websites, such as this forum, etc.

for HTML interface i use Scream (linux) or DreamWeaver MX (for Linux) :P.

first creat the template with Scream or DreamWeaver, and then program the rest of the site ;)

its not a big deal

I think flirt5721 is looking for some kind of wysiwyg program. Something like Dreamweaver or Front Page should work for this. I don't know of any free programs for Windows like that, though.

PSPad FTW! its not that easy but it offers many possibilities and is great for every language =]

If your going for a non-graphical just plain HTML page, MS Frontpage isn't terrible.

But I find coding by hand in Notepad, or just the HTML section of FrontPage is alot less "hassle free".

Although, I never tried dreamweaver. I just slice, my pages in Adobe ImageReady, and then code it by hand. It's pretty simple.

dreamweaver is for news, its pretty easy if you dont know HTML, to creat a table, just click and there you go, then click on add image, and you got your website. but yes i go with scream, or Zend. they help you with the code colors, if you mess something the code belows the error turn to red.

As a beginner in creating a webpage, use HTML or FRONTPAGE for your webpage creation.
Hope this helps you.
