Standalone TV Tuner

Hi Geeks!

Need your advice. Am planning to get an "Standalone TV Tuner" however I do not know a good brand for this...

I see Kworld brand in almost every store I checked.

Your comments and suggestions are highly appreciated.

UPDATE:
I now have Kworld SA220, 43usd.
its good for its price. however I just learned that its later model (SA230) has HD support which is not available to my model.

I still like it though.

Kworld would be the best option. I would also suggest you to go for it because its the best.
