Which CMS to use?

Which CMS to use?
I hope this is the correct forum for this topic.

I am developing a website for someone, and it involves dynamic webpages which pull info from a database (in this case details of properties for rent). I want to create a way for the company owners to use a web interface to log in and input the details of each property into the database. The dynamic webpage will be able to display the properties with their details.

I've made websites before using html, css, basic php, and very simple database for password protection, but never done something as sophisticated and dynamic as this before. I am still learning and using this as a chance to progress.

Can someone tell me what I need to use to accomplish this? I've briefly looked at CMS's such as xoops and drupal. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!
