Well guys i just wana know that you guys smoke or not? For me i don't like smoking coz i know about the side effects of smoking. I just hate smoking. What about you guys?

No, I don't. I'm against with it as well. There are serious health risk with smoking not only to myself but also to the people that surround me. I don't want to expose them and get them sick. Just as you know, there are such things as 2nd hand and 3rd hand smoking.

I have been smoking since last 4 years, i would like quite this habit but still not success, would any one suggestion, how can i get rid of this habit.

I am smoking since 8-9 years and now I am thinking to shift towards best electronic cigarettes to quit smoking.

Smoking cigarettes is horrible. There are "herbs" out there which are much better for you, but I hate cigarettes and tobacco products.

I smoked for for 25+ years about a pack a day. I was also overweight, very typical for a male approaching his 60's. My doctor asked me to try Chantix. I did and while I would not say it ways easy, it wasn't terribly hard either. On my quit day that was it. I didn't smoke again.

The thing is, it is expensive. At the time ( 3 years ago) it was about $600 for the 90 days of meds. That's what I was spending in cigarettes anyway. Six months after my quite date I a had the confidence to start a weight loss program. A year later I had shed 1/3 of my body weight.

Now at 61, I'm lean, mean, and . . . ughhh. . . forgetful?

Unfortunately, yes I do smoke. I actually was using the electric cigarette and it was working really well...until I lost it! But I plan on quitting soon, I need to get another electric cigarette and pay attention to what I do with it this time, because they do work fairly well.
