How can I automate weekly (daily) backup?

How can I automate weekly (daily) backup?

What I want to backup: Data in MySQL

How often: Weekly is fine for now, maybe every three days

OS: Redhat
Control Panel: Plesk
DB: MySQL

I'd appreciate any help on this.

(I'm doing this manually now more or less)

I wish I could help you more, but I have never personally used Plesk.
