New To Servers...Need Help Setting up FTP

I just installed CentOS, but really don't know how to set up the FTP server. It was installed from the CentOS disc, but how to create accounts and stuff?

Sorry about getting back to you on this a day late but I have been helping develop another website. In order to setup ftp for a website. You are going to have to create a user account on the server. I put all of my websites on the /home directory. So you would create user named "mywebsite" and create a new folder in /home. (/home/mywebsite) Then when ever you ftp into the server you would automatically go to that directory. Its very important when you set up your ftp to chroot users to their home directory. Other wise they could view any file on the server.
