Actually thank God since I just fired my sysadmin for using one of my boxes to store p2p files.
I own a hosting company in my country and Im goind to spend some time here since I need to learn a bit more about linux.

Glad to have you aboard. Sorry for you admin troubles. Good admins are hard to find sometimes. I have went through a few in my days of running my hosting company.
