What type of forms are these? Are the forms electronic or are they paper? Are they custom forms or are they something commercial? Need more details of what exactly you are trying to do.

I am suggesting you two software's that can helps you to fill out your forms and also to check them.

To check out You can use

And for filling
out your forms use

FormMax Filler 3.5 is the $0 cost electronic form filler that lets users fill out forms created in FormMax while protecting the form design from modification. Easy tab-and-type entry makes filling out forms simple, and with autofill, database lookup, and automatic calculations you reduce the time and data-entry error. Still need this?

Don't know if you still need this, but a very useful software for this is called "InForm Enter" and its a firefox plugin. I've found it useful. If you don't need it, i'm sure there's someone out there who'll be able to make use of it!

I also recommend FireFox and inform-enter. I have dozens of different 'profiles' because I use it for submitting various websites of mine to directories. It makes easy work of repetitive form entry tasks.

Re:

I think you can search in google or bing. They will provide you a best software for your requirement. Otherwise if you don't get any software from them you can use roboform or last pass for filling forms.

Re:

I think it's not good to fil forums using any software. When you submit any post using software you can not make any signature. So better is you can do mannual posting.

At what extent I am getting you, I think you need some Online Password Managers. If so, I would like to suggest some Online Password Managers like-Clipperz, Supergenpass, Mitto and Mashed life. If you need some more details regarding this, You just leave a post for me.
