I think you can search in google or bing. They will provide you a best software for your requirement. Otherwise if you don't get any software from them you can use roboform or last pass for filling forms.

I think it's not good to fil forums using any software. When you submit any post using software you can not make any signature. So better is you can do mannual posting.
