Doing a little investigative work, you can figure out where your server is located and who owns the network it is running on. Just doing a trace route to your server you can find some useful information such as IP addresses and host names of the routers your traffic is going through to get to your server. Using this information WHOIS information can be pulled for both IP addresses and the domain within the hostname.
