If you can manage your own servers, try Softlayer instead. Most of the team came from The Planet :) And the service has been EXCELLENT. If you do, tell them Liz Ramsey/southernlady sent you and ask for Steven Canale.

A few of us have gotten together as a group and split the cost of a dedicated server. The bill isn't that bad out of pocket that way and if you chose your partners carefully, it's a win/win situation. Liz

Im with HostGator (who co-locate in TP), the quality of hosting and bandwidth is great - we have never had any major spikes in the network and its uptime has been 100% for the last few months :)
