Maybe the first humans to live their entire lives on Mars would be taller, thinner and have less muscle mass. Taller and thinner because gravity would not be pulling down on their bodies as much while they are growing and less muscle mass because it would require less strength to constantly counteract the forces of gravity.

I guess that would make them actual Martians as well right.

I really think that there would be health benefits of that too, maybe life longevity and more since there is not as much gravity working against your body.

There would have to be an artificial atmosphere i wonder if they would make the pressure the same as what earth would have?

They would probably be shorter, not taller since the skeletal structure would not fully develope. Astronauts returning to earth after long periods in low to no gravity come back a little shorter because of bone deteriation (sp). Being born and raised in such an environment would have a negative effect on the development. The only thing that could be remotely considered positive would be the being less heavy in lower gravity.
