I get all my stuff through www.newegg.com so far I have not come across a better place in terms of service and speed.

Anything BestBuy dosnt have... I go to NewEgg

I buy my hardware from ebuyer.co.uk and overclockers.co.uk, they both deliver fast and I've never had any real problems with them. Also, both sites are easy to navigate and they make it really easy for you to find the hardware you are looking.

I just buy at my local computer store and also at computer markets that are on once a month here.

The computer markets sell parts at 1/3 price of what you'd get retail, so that's where i get most of mine from :)
